SCHOOL TRIP (1930s) film no: 2463

Download description pdf

A film of a school trip to an unknown destination.

A group of boys and girls are waiting to board a bus, with some adults there as well.  The bus pulls away.  At their destination the children are stood around a teacher, and they all put their hands up.  They are then running down a lane. They all sit on a fence in a long line for the camera.  They take a walk down by a river where a boat is coming in.  They are then seen walking in front of a building, possibly a theatre, and then forming a long line to go into the building.
