YFA Online: Learning

Welcome to YFA Online Learning.

Here is the first version of YFA Online, featuring a selection of the films that it will contain in the future. We invite constructive comments from viewers to ensure that the final resource meets the needs of all its users – click on ‘Contact’.

In this resource you will find moving image clips from the Yorkshire Film Archive. You can use the search box to explore the resource or use the browse options to find clips by subject, decade or theme.

Be creative with these films: register to download, view activities, bookmark favourites, view examples of pupils’ and teachers’ work in ‘extras’, and upload your own activities and extras to share with others.

YFA Online Learning links up with creative and educational projects in Yorkshire, and we hope that this will be extended to become a global resource.
