Here is the first version of YFA Online, featuring a selection of the films that it will contain in the future. We invite constructive comments from viewers to ensure that the final resource meets the needs of all its users – click on ‘Contact’.

The films that can be viewed here reflect the entirety of Yorkshire life over 100 years. They show the lives of people as seen through their own eyes, in films made by themselves. This is a collective resource that is not just somewhere to view films, but also a place for discussion that everyone can participate in.
