Steve Morley - Information Officer

Steve started working for the YFA as Information Officer in October 2007. He works on cataloguing, writing the context for films that go online, and generally dealing with matters relating to the content of online films. With a background in sociology and literary studies, Stephen has a strong interest in social and cultural history.

Favourite Film

“My all-time favourite films are those made by John Turner of Hull in 1957, but my current favourite was made by a group of amateur filmmakers of the last trolley bus in Bradford in 1972. The dedication of the filmmakers, and the enthusiasm of those who turned out for the event, both say much about a certain kind of Englishman (and a few women too).”
